Request a repair
If the machine is down right now, call — do not type. For everything else, send the details below and you will get a real answer on what it needs and how long it takes.
What to send
The more of this you have on hand, the faster the answer. None of it is mandatory — if all you have is "the spindle is making a noise," call and we will work it out from there.
- Machine make and model
- Determines which facility the job belongs with.
- Component tag or part number
- The plate on the spindle, screw, or motor. A photo of it is enough.
- What it is doing
- Noise, vibration, alarm codes, finish problems, position drift.
- When it started
- Sudden failure and gradual decline point at different causes.
- Whether the machine is down now
- Determines whether this goes into the emergency queue.
- Photos
- The tag, the mounting, and anything visibly damaged. Phone photos are fine.
