Machine down? (000) 000-0000

Industries served

The equipment is similar across all of them. What changes is what downtime costs, how tight the tolerance has to be, and what documentation has to travel with the repair.

CNC machining

Job shops and production machining live and die on spindle condition and axis accuracy. When a machining center is down, it is usually the only one that can hold that tolerance, which is why turnaround matters more here than anywhere else.

Automotive

Transfer lines, powertrain, and assembly, where downtime is measured against line rate rather than against the cost of the part. Emergency response and a shop that has seen the same equipment before are what actually reduce the number.

Aerospace

Five-axis work at tight tolerance, with documentation requirements that follow the part. Inspection reports and test data are not paperwork here — they are part of the deliverable.

Automation

Robotic cells, gantries, and conveyance, where a single failed axis stops a whole system rather than one machine. Scheduled PMs are worth far more in an automated cell than in a standalone.

Medical

Swiss turning and micro-machining, where surface finish and repeatability are the product. Small changes in spindle condition show up in the part long before they show up as noise.

Heavy manufacturing

Presses, large-frame mills, and equipment where the components are big enough that replacement lead times run into months. Rebuild capability is often the only realistic option.

Downtime doesn't wait for business hours.

Send the make, model, and what it's doing — or call the emergency line and talk it through. We'll tell you whether it's a rebuild, a replacement, or something you can run until the next shutdown.
